Description The new Pricing Strategy for Raw Water Use Charges introduced a category of Non-Consumptive Use to allow for the water resource management costs associated with non-consumptive uses of water resources to be recovered. The assignment outlined in these terms of reference will contribute to enabling the implementation of these charges, with particular focus on renewable energy generation, recreation and aquaculture.
