Water SA is the WRC’s accredited scientific journal which contains original research articles and review articles on all aspects of water science, technology and engineering. Water SA has been in publication since 1975 and includes articles from both local and international authors. The journal is issued quarterly (4 editions per year). From April 2005 onwards Water SA has been published as an e-journal only, with open free access to the published information guaranteed.

Abstracts of all articles since 1975 (in searchable PDF) are electronically available in the archive. The full articles from 1975-1997 are available as scanned TIFF files and from 1998 as searchable PDF files. 

A print copy can be ordered from the Subscriptions Department at a nominal cost of R120.00 per copy plus postage.
