The Waterlit database, originally developed by the Water Research Commission, is now compiled by NISC SA and together with a collection of databases from around the world, is published as Water Resources Worldwide. Other databases include:

Water Resources Worldwide, with over 800 000 records, covers all facets of international and African water research ranging from coastal and offshore engineering to pollution and water treatment; refereneces also cover industrial and environmental aspects of water, wastewater and sanitation, with a strong emphasis on Africa and other arid regions.

DRINK
The Drinking Water Research Information Network (DRINK) is sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), USA. The database provides information sourced from a number of participating international organisations.
The WRC is a contributor and provides updated information regarding potable water research projects funded by the WRC on an annual basis. Visit the
