Free software packages for WRC researchers

DHI, formerly known as the Danish Hydraulic Institute, but now renamed to DHI after becoming a global company with offices in 28 countries.  DHI specialises in water related mathematical modelling software, and is proud to announce that it will make available free of charge the full range of its software packages for researchers to use on any Water Research Commission funded project commencing from 2012 onwards.  The full range of software covers IWRM, Urban and marine modelling, and includes models such as MIKE BASIN, MIKE 11, MIKE 21, MIKE SHE, FEFLOW, WEST, and more.  Further details of the models can be found on www.dhi-students.co.za or www.dhigroup.com.  For further information contact Andrew Pott on anpo@dhigroup.com.
