Description

The Water research Commission will be hosting a seminar with Prof Sohail Khan, from Loughborough University, UK, on a new-generation sanitation technology that has growing business opportunities. The guiding objective of the HTC-based Bio-Char toilet is to safely eliminate known pathogens while potentially recovering scarce resources from the waste, functioning as an off-the-grid sanitation solution capable to processing sanitary materials and food waste as well as human excreta.
